We went at lunchtime and were able to get one of the small tables without a problem. This is a small café with only a few tables and no servers. We ordered at the counter. We had their Classic Philly Cheesesteak, $7.95. The cook brought out our sandwiches and I was surprised that no sides were included. No chips in sight. Not even a pickle. The meat was ground and the sandwich included your choice of cheese. I chose provolone and also onions. It was served on an Italian hoagie roll and was delicious. Normally, I only eat ½ a hoagie, but I devoured the whole thing. My friend had the same sandwich, but was not as impressed as I and termed it mediocre. Another friend ordered the Asian Chicken Salad, $8.95. She loved it. Especially the halved water chestnuts. The salad also included chicken, mandarin oranges, Chinese noodles, sliced almonds and lettuce with toasted sesame dressing. We all declared that we would come again and try something different.
I was a little disappointed that no one answered the phone. I tried to call twice and only got voice mail. I wanted to find out more about their "Family Style Dinners" which are their daily take-out dinner special for $11.00.
Service: None really
